Ownership and permitted use
PANIC Studios retains ownership of the Starter Kit, FewerSteps brand, and underlying materials. One verified purchase licenses one individual purchaser or one purchasing legal entity to use and internally modify the purchased Starter Kit version for its own internal work. An organizational purchaser is responsible for its internal users' compliance; no seat count applies.
Normal private use with a suitable AI tool is permitted when its terms and the purchaser's obligations allow it. Third-party AI tools have independent terms, privacy practices, fees, and availability. The purchaser must have authority to submit inputs and must review every output before using or sharing it.
AI-assisted material and boundaries
PANIC Studios does not claim ownership of the purchaser's original customer-authored inputs. Rights in AI-assisted output depend on the tool's terms, the purchaser's human contribution, and applicable law. AI-assisted output may not be unique, copyrightable, or free of third-party rights. The purchaser is responsible for reviewing it before commercial or client use.
The purchaser may not publicly post, redistribute, resell, sublicense, deliver the Starter Kit as a client product, use PLR or MRR rights, or place it in a public or generally shared model-training corpus. A completed refund may end the license to provider-delivered material. Mandatory rights remain preserved.
