Parties, eligibility, and purchase

PANIC Studios Przemysław Dąbrowski is the Seller, product operator, licensor, controller for FewerSteps-directed processing, and product-support provider. Sold through Link, LLC is the merchant of record and transaction-support provider under the Stripe Managed Payments Terms. Under those terms, Sold through Link, LLC is not the seller of record. For indirect-tax purposes only, it may be treated as making or deemed to make the supply where applicable law requires.

The AI Workflow Starter Kit costs 59 USD plus applicable taxes shown at checkout. Sales are limited to eligible customers in the United States who buy as an individual or as an authorized representative of one organization. At admission, the purchaser must confirm: I am at least 18, have reached the age of majority where I reside, and can enter a legally binding contract.

Electronic service and contract lifecycle

Public product information requires a current browser and internet connection. Purchase and exact-version download require a supported browser, JavaScript, essential cookies, network access, and a valid payment method accepted by Sold through Link, LLC. The downloaded HTML workbook requires a supported local browser but no account, installation, Office software, external asset, or network call.

The technical steps to contract are: select purchaser capacity; confirm age and capacity, United States presence, and policy assent; select Continue to payment; review and correct order and payment data in Link Checkout; submit payment; and return to FewerSteps for eligibility verification and delivery. An on-screen Checkout or FewerSteps return status acknowledges receipt of the electronic order or offer but does not by itself conclude the contract. FewerSteps records and safeguards the exact policy versions, assent time, purchaser capacity, and necessary order evidence. The purchaser can save or print the linked policies before payment and request a copy of the recorded versions through support. Data can be reviewed and corrected with the form and Checkout controls before payment. The contract language is English. PANIC Studios does not subscribe to a separate code of conduct for this sale.

A sale contract is concluded when the payment provider confirms payment and FewerSteps accepts the eligible order. The online access service begins with entitlement issuance, ordinarily ends after 90 calendar days, and may end earlier after a completed refund, terminal dispute loss, mandatory remedy, or lawful termination. A legitimately downloaded purchased-version artifact remains usable after ordinary access expiry, subject to the license, refunds, and mandatory remedies.

Do not submit unlawful or abusive content, attack or interfere with the service, bypass access controls, misuse recovery, or attempt unauthorized access. FewerSteps may suspend the affected online service to protect users or systems while preserving mandatory rights.

Online services carry ordinary Internet risks, including phishing, malicious browser extensions, compromised devices or networks, and disclosure of the customer-held recovery code. FewerSteps does not install software. It introduces only the essential cookies described in the Cookies and Privacy-Safe Measurement Notice, where each cookie's function and maximum lifetime are stated. The downloaded workbook runs locally, makes no network calls, and creates export files only when the customer selects an export action.

The Starter Kit is a self-guided workbook, not a done-for-you implementation or an AI service. Third-party AI tools have their own terms, privacy practices, fees, and availability. The purchaser must have authority to submit inputs and must keep confidential, personal, regulated, or otherwise sensitive information out of tools not approved for it. Every output requires human review. FewerSteps does not promise revenue, profit, sales, or time savings. It provides workflow-planning material and does not replace services from a qualified legal, tax, medical, financial, employment, security, or compliance professional.

Purchase covers the delivered Starter Kit version and does not include future editions or feature expansions. This boundary does not remove a correction, security update, support obligation, or remedy required by applicable law or expressly promised for the purchased version.

FewerSteps calculates the voluntary-refund deadline of 14 calendar days and the access deadline of 90 calendar days in Europe/Warsaw civil time. Each deadline uses the same local clock time on the fourteenth or ninetieth following calendar date. If that local time is skipped, the corresponding post-change instant is used; if it repeats, the later occurrence is used. Neither term is redefined as a fixed number of elapsed hours.

Law, complaints, and policy changes

No contractual choice of governing law or exclusive forum is made. Applicable conflict-of-law and jurisdiction rules, together with non-waivable consumer rights, govern. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration, waive class participation, or select an exclusive consumer venue.

Send complaints to [email protected] once commerce is officially enabled. State the issue, requested outcome, and minimum purchase reference needed. PANIC Studios handles ordinary product-support requests in a reasonable order based on urgency, complexity, and the information available, but does not promise a fixed response time for ordinary product support. Formal complaints and legally protected requests remain subject to every mandatory response period that applies. Responses are provided by email or another durable medium where required; these terms do not extend or waive mandatory periods.

Each purchase is bound to the policy versions shown before payment and recorded with the order. Material changes are published with a new effective date and a conspicuous notice on the site. They apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise or the customer validly agrees. A change does not retroactively reduce the purchased-version license or a mandatory right.
