Release policy
Refund, Withdrawal, and Mandatory Remedies Policy
Voluntary refund terms, delivery protection, and preserved mandatory remedies.
This policy publication does not mean that checkout, provider services, deployment, or public sale is active.
FewerSteps refund paths
FewerSteps offers a voluntary full refund during the 14 calendar days after verified payment, calculated in Europe/Warsaw civil time under the deadline rule in the Terms. Verified non-delivery that remains unresolved for 24 elapsed hours enters the automatic full-refund workflow. A completed payment without authoritative eligible United States country evidence creates no entitlement and enters the required full-refund workflow.
Separately, under the current Managed Payments provider policy, Link/Stripe may, in its discretion, refund a purchase made no more than 60 days earlier, including if requested seller information is not provided within 48 hours. Under the Stripe Managed Payments Terms, Sold through Link, LLC may also decline, cancel, or refund a transaction in the circumstances stated there, including suspected fraud, illegality, error, security risk, likely dispute, or terms violation. Provider-controlled discretion does not create a guaranteed refund right lasting 60 days. See https://support.link.com/questions/sold-through-link-refunds and https://stripe.com/en-pl/legal/ssa-services-terms.
Refund effect and disputes
After a completed full refund, website access, redownload, recovery verifiers, sessions, and the license to provider-delivered Starter Kit materials may end. Customer-authored data and exports remain the customer's, but do not grant a right to retain or redistribute refunded Starter Kit material embedded in them.
An open blocking payment dispute suspends access while it is resolved. Access may resume only when payment is not reversed and no other blocking dispute remains. An adverse reversal or loss keeps access revoked. The voluntary policy and provider process do not limit mandatory remedies.
