Product operator and contact
PANIC Studios Przemysław Dąbrowski, ul. Stefana Batorego 18/108, 02-591 Warsaw, Poland, NIP 5871758369, REGON 545280813, is the Seller, product operator, licensor, controller for FewerSteps-directed processing, and product-support provider. The public contact is [email protected] once commerce is officially enabled.
Managed Payments provider
Sold through Link, LLC is the merchant of record and transaction-support provider under the Stripe Managed Payments Terms. Under those terms, PANIC Studios is the Seller and Sold through Link, LLC is not the seller of record. Sold through Link, LLC and applicable Stripe entities may independently control provider-directed transaction processing or act as processors where their DPA applies. Hosted Checkout was observed displaying "Pay Panic Development." The Managed Payments receipt was observed identifying Link for refund and transaction support, stating that Panic Development uses Link for payments and order management, and showing a Sold through label. These provider-controlled transaction labels do not change the Seller identified above or FewerSteps product-support responsibility.
